As we reflect on this day, we are reminded that the privilege of sight is not a luxury but a human right for ALL. We are reminded of the great donors and innovators that light up the world of those who only knew darkness. And as Community Holistic Care Mulago, we emphasize that without the eye check-up, we are betting with our vision. And this is why this year’s World Day was celebrated with vigor by mobilizing and screening for eye conditions among the informal sector workers within Muago II, Kampala, Uganda.
